Your legal rights
When you buy goods from a business, in law you have a number of rights as a consumer. These include the right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or misdescribed.
Our policy
In addition to your legal rights, we also allow you to return goods if you purchased the wrong size or simply changed your mind. Please return the unused goods to us within 28 days and with the original till receipt. The products must be in the same condition as when they were purchased, with product tags still attached and with all the original packaging. We will then offer you an exchange or a credit note.
FREE ALTERATIONS SERVICE
When you buy from Donalds, you know you’ll look good and feel great in your new purchases with our free in-store alterations service.
We offer shortening of trousers and jeans, tailoring of jackets and shortening of jacket and shirt sleeves. Most alterations are completed immediately upon purchase, except during very busy periods when they will be ready to collect in 24 hours.
